Some outlying areas will incur a fixed shipping fee and some remote areas may be subject to an additional ‘remote area’ surcharge after checkout. Delivery may not be possible for all products to all areas. Please contact us for more information and a detailed quote if you think you may be within a remote area subject to surcharge.
All shipping carriers used are subject to availability and at Cranky Crocs discretion.
Should you wish to use a particular carrier, you will be subject to the full fee charged by the carrier at the time of booking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Some deliveries will be deemed with an “authority to leave” unless prior written instructions are given by you, the customer, to us prior to booking. Please contact us for any special instructions. Additional fees may apply.
If Authority to leave is issued, goods are left at your risk and Cranky Croc nor the carrier will be held liable for any theft, loss or damage to the goods.
Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one available to sign, additional fees may apply to re-deliver.
